The Centre of Expertise for Energy Efficiency through Digitalisation (KEDi) will run a roadshow in Mainz from18 to 19 August, demonstrating how digital technologies can further energy efficiency in buildings and advance industrial SMEs. The European Commission has approved the expansion of Germany’s electricity price compensation scheme. As a result, and retroactively for the billing year 2025, around 20 additional energy- and trade-intensive sectors are to receive relief on their electricity costs.
